Usually the same or next working day. Send the domain, the host, and what you are seeing. If we cannot start immediately we will say so, rather than take the job and leave you waiting.
The diagnosis is scoped and priced first, on its own. The repair is then priced from the diagnosis, so you are never paying for open-ended hours on a problem nobody has defined yet. Send what you know about the site and we will quote the diagnosis within a working day.
Often, yes. We have recovered access through hosting providers, domain registrars and database credentials many times. Bring whatever you have, including old emails from the previous developer.
Wherever they are sound, yes. A rescue is not an excuse to rebuild. If a plugin or the theme is the cause of the problem, we say so and give you options.
