MagniGeeks Technologies Pvt Ltd was founded in 2014 in Bhubaneswar, India, by Nirmal Kumar Ram. He has been building on WordPress since 2007, and he still writes code every working day. The company is a small senior team around him, and the person you scope a project with is the person who builds it.
We build WordPress and WooCommerce sites, custom plugins, web applications and mobile apps for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. We also build and maintain our own products, which is the part of this page we would ask you to check before hiring anyone, including us.
Most development companies are run by someone who used to be a developer, or by someone who never was. Ours is run by one who never stopped. Nirmal founded the company after seven years of WordPress work, and twelve years later his week still looks like a developer's week: scoping, writing code, reviewing the other developers' pull requests, and answering client questions himself.
Everyone else on the team is senior too. We do not employ juniors and hand your project to them once the contract is signed. That keeps the team small by design.
Our stack is PHP, MySQL and JavaScript at the core, WordPress and WooCommerce end to end, and React, Next.js, Node.js and Laravel for application work. For mobile we use Flutter and React Native. We have shipped integrations with Stripe including Connect, PayPal, the OpenAI and Claude APIs, Google APIs, Zapier, the WhatsApp API, Firebase and OneSignal.
Client work is mostly private. Products are public, and their listings, ratings and update histories are on pages we do not control.

Without naming clients: a membership platform for selling video and audio, a continuing-education platform for healthcare professionals with courses, quizzes, progress tracking and certificates, a school bus-tracking system on WordPress and Ionic, and PWA work in WordPress and Flutter for appointment, food, movie and hotel bookings.

We are in Bhubaneswar, India, and our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST, which is UTC+5:30. Almost all of our clients are in the US, the UK, Europe and Australia, so we have been working across time zones since the beginning.
In practice it works like this. UK and European clients overlap with us for most of their morning. Australian clients overlap for most of their afternoon. US clients overlap early in their morning on the East Coast, and we schedule calls in that window. Everything else moves through written updates: you read what happened while you slept, reply, and we pick it up when our day starts. Prices are in USD.
Two platforms vet developers independently and publish the results. We are on both, and the profiles are public.
You can hire us through either platform if you prefer their escrow and dispute process. Either way you get the same developer. Start a project and tell us which you prefer.
The developer who scopes your project builds it. There is no account manager between you and the code, and no moment where the work quietly moves to someone cheaper.
You own the code, it lives in your repository, and it is built on documented hooks so any competent developer can pick it up. Retainers have no minimum term.
Every rating we cite is on Codeable, Toptal or wordpress.org, where we cannot edit or remove it. We do not publish testimonials we cannot point you to.
A registered company with a small senior team, run by a developer who still does the work. You get the accountability of a company and the direct contact of a freelancer. If a project needs more than one developer, we have them, and Nirmal reviews the work either way.

Our hours are 9:00 to 18:00 IST, Monday to Friday. That overlaps with the UK and European morning, the Australian afternoon and the early US East Coast morning. Calls go in the overlap; everything else is written and asynchronous.
All quotes are in US dollars. Fixed-price projects are billed against milestones in the scope; hourly work is billed on time spent. Invoices are paid by international bank transfer or card, and we can also work through Codeable or Toptal if you want their escrow.
