Most of our clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Calls are booked in your working hours where the overlap allows, and every decision is written down so you can read it at the start of your day. Invoices are in USD.
Yes, at $90 per hour for a senior developer, or a white-label partner rate for agencies (on request). We recommend it for open-ended work such as ongoing changes or investigation. For anything with a definable end we would rather give you a fixed price, because it puts the risk of underestimating on us rather than on you.
No. We use documented hooks and child themes or separate plugins, so updates do not overwrite the work. If a previous developer has already edited core or a plugin, we will say so in the diagnosis and give you a price to bring it back to a maintainable state.
